Inner Spring Cleaning

Oh spring, how I love thee!

Alright, most of us are not quite out of the cold and windy winter weather.

But I am READY AND WAITING WHEN YOU ARE, SPRING!

I always find myself reflecting during the transition into this particular season of renewal.

I love feeling like I’ve got a clean slate, a fresh start.

A chance to assess what’s working in my life.

And what might not be working.

So I’d invite you to take this opportunity to do a little evaluating and to do some inner spring cleaning if necessary!

How are you treating yourself?

Are you eating well and nourishing your body?

Getting enough sleep?

Engaging in healthy and refreshing relationships?

It’s good to take a step back and make some changes every once in a while so that you can face whatever comes your way feeling like your best self.

How are you feeling creatively?

Are you making time for play?

Do you create just for fun?

Maybe it’s time to buy yourself a coloring book or read a book on a topic that interests you!

How is your spirituality?

Is there something you could add into or remove from your daily routine that would help you feel more connected to God?

Say goodbye to the old, and hello to the new.

You might find it helpful to spend some time organizing your living space and your car.

Kon Mari your drawers to your heart’s content.

Be intentional about what you surround yourself with and make sure it brings you joy!

When we clear the cache and do a little spring cleaning, we make room for new and better things to blossom in our lives.
