I’m so excited to share a book that I’ve been loving this month with you. Janice Kaplan’s The Gratitude Diaries!
As I’ve mentioned in previous posts, I’ve been focusing on living more gratefully these past few months, and this book has been an amazing way to increase my awareness of the abundance in my life.
Janice breaks down her year of gratitude month by month, and focuses on different areas of her life to consciously express gratitude for.
She explores areas like marriage, family relationships, work, money, and physical health and tells really amazing stories that illustrate how gratitude can literally transform us in every aspect of our lives.
Just as a disclaimer, I’ve actually been listening to the audiobook (which is awesome!) and there are a couple random choice words that I don’t love thrown in there, mostly when she’s quoting other people. So there. I’ve given you fair warning!
