Beet & Berry Smoothie

A great way to get more nutrient rich beetroot into your diet!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup plant milk or coconut water
  • 1 Apple chopped
  • ½ beetroot peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup frozen berries
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds optional
  • 1 knob fresh ginger peeled, or ½ tsp ground ginger
  • Squeeze of lime juice about 1/2 lime
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • Ice

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
